During phase one they Would add two stores which <br /> would clean Imre parking spaces needed and they would have to extend into the <br /> adjoining residential sone to accomplish this. They questioned whether they <br /> could -et a zoning charge and a reduction in the number of perking spaces needed <br /> as they feel it exceeds industry standards. They also said they plan on removing <br /> �s the 2nd entrance on Rte. 28 and moving it further on. <br /> The 2nd phase would include a road that would run on the outside of the mall <br /> from Rte 28 and come out further down Rte 151 than the present aocess from Rte 151. <br /> ,$ The 3rd phase would involve professional offices which they hope to be able to <br /> build under cluster development and this would require a zoning change. <br /> Mr. Chase said he would like to get started on phase one and have it go before <br /> town meeting in M.ay. <br />
