a <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br /> Mashpee/Wakeby Lake and Johns Pond and fresh water reports: nothing new to report <br /> Popponesset Bay Area observed activities report: nothing new to report <br /> Waquoit Bay area observed activities report; nothing new to report <br /> Water Quality Program: Motion was made that Don MacDonald be approved to arrange all <br /> business required for the 2019-2020 WQ testing program by Stephen Mone, second by Al <br /> Wickel with unanimous approval. Don reported that information regarding this summer's <br /> annual testing program would be sent out in early April. Rick York reminded that the year- <br /> round testing was continuing. <br /> Barnstable County Coastal Resource Committee: nothing new to report <br /> Sewer Committee: nothing new to report <br /> Public Access: Ken Bates reported the Ockway Bay Ramp Parking area was almost ready for hot- <br /> top and that Mashpee DPW reported work would be completed by Memorial Day. <br /> Waterways Improvement Plan and Dredging: Ken Bates <br /> Motion was made to appoint Dick Noonan as project manager for the Waquoit channel <br /> extension project,to approve of project business conducted to date and to process all project <br /> business going forward by Don MacDonald and second by Stephen Mone with unanimous <br /> approval. Ken Bates said he would be working closely with Dick through the upcoming <br /> engineering/permitting stage. Ken also reported Little River Maintenance dredge was <br /> completed. <br /> Motion was made supporting business conducted to date including invoice payment to Beacon <br /> Engineering, Popponesset Approach Channel Predredge Survey, dredge contract and work <br /> schedule review and continued process going forward to completion including payment to the <br /> County by Don MacDonald, second by Al Wickel with unanimous approval. <br />
