The vote was unanimous to accept the minutes. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Reorganization of Board <br /> Deb made a motion to have Ernest Virgilio remain Chairman of the Board, Peggy Bent seconded <br /> the motion. The vote was unanimous for Ernest Virgilio to stay as Chairman of the Board of <br /> Registrars. <br /> Set the Ballot for the Election on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 <br /> Each position was for reelection, no one on the ballot attended the meeting.
