Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 3,2019 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall-Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> 16 Great Neck Road forth <br /> Present: Chairman Mary Waygan, Joe Cummings, Dennis Balzarini <br /> Also: Evan Lehrer-Town Planner <br /> Absent: David Kooharian, Robert(Rob)Hansen (Alt.), David Weeden <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Waquoit <br /> Meeting Room at Mashpee Town Hall by Chairman Waygan at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April <br /> 3, 2019. The Chair stated that the meeting was being videographed and recorded and asked that <br /> speakers approach the podium stating their name and business, adding that comments were to be <br /> addressed to the Chair and taken under advisement if necessary. The Pledge of Allegiance was <br /> recited. <br /> APPROVAL OFMINUTES—March 20, 2019 <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes of March 20'x',2019, as <br /> presented. Mr. Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 7:10 p.m. Blue Sky Towers H,LLC Application for Special Permit to erect a Personal <br /> Wireless Service Facility as required by Section 174-25 (11)(9); 174-45.3 of <br /> the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw at 101 Red Brook Road,Mashpee Fire Station#2 <br /> (Assessor's Map 104,Lot 2) consisting of a 15' monopole. This Public <br /> Hearing is being reopened by the Planning Board following referral to The <br /> Cape Cod Commission as a Development of Regional Impact. The Public <br /> Hearing opened on June 6, 2018. <br /> The appointed time having arrived, the Chair read for the record the request and Public Hearing <br /> Notice. The Chair reported that a letter had been received from Attorney Elizabeth Thompson, <br /> representing Blue Sky Towers II, requesting a continuance due to Planning Board member <br /> availability. The Chair read for the record the letter dated April 1. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing to April 17 at 7:30 <br /> p.m. Mr. Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> The Chair addressed the audience, stating that any questions could be answered by the Town <br /> Planner, because the Board was unable to accept any public comment at this time. <br /> A recess was taken at 7:15 p.m. so that Mr. Lehrer could address any questions in the lobby. The <br /> meeting reconvened at 7:22 p.m. <br /> 1 <br />
