Selectmen Green introduced the results of a meting to discuss Town counsel's <br /> position on the use ofConservation land for dredged material disposal. Elizabeth Lane maintains <br /> that her initial letter of 2001 is the final word and any such use would he conversion. As a result, <br /> it is no longer an alternative to consider. John Sartaugh pointed out that the problem is to <br /> figure out hove to dispose of the junk,and until we do that we are spinning our wheels. <br /> Review of Minutes—The regular meeting minutes were reviewed and Jerry Daly moved the <br /> minutes he approved as amended,John S art h n h seconded the motion,and all <br /> commissioners voted In favor. The executive session minutes were not discussed. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. -ormaster Re —Perry Ellluis <br /> Perry Ellis was out oftown.
