Hanks to. <br /> 2. At Perry Ellis Request, the Commission discussed the need for an Article for the upcoming <br /> October Town Meeting to f and maintenance dredging of 4000 cubic yards to ensure we can do <br /> the outside channel properly. Jerry Daly moved that we submit an Article requesting <br /> $18,200 be transferred from the Waterways Improvement Fund to the Waterways <br /> Maintenance find to perform maintenance dredging. Tien Leedham seconded the <br /> motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> 3. Wind Energy Group Update <br /> Jim Hanks filled the commission in on the Wind Energy Group meeting held at :oo PIM on 1 <br /> July. In that meeting John Cahalane requested that the Waterways Commission and <br /> Conservation Commission present position papers to the Board of Selectmen regarding the Wind <br /> farm. Jing suggested that he rewrite the commentsp rovided to Vine Associates to include the <br /> discussion of the issues as well as the recommendations. Heproposed to send out the draft for <br /> eon nients and additional ideas from the other members, The Commission agreed with this <br /> approach. <br /> Tian Leedharn made a motion to adjourn the meeting;Herb Silver seconded the motion.All <br /> Con�n�ission.members voted m favor and the meeting was adjourned at 9:05 <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> James P.
