Harbormaster Report—Ferry Ellis - While Ferry Ellis was unable to make the meeting, Ji <br /> Hanks reported that it 1s a very busy time 1n the waterways of Mashpee. New docks were <br /> installed at the Great River and Mashpee Deck boat ramps. Also, there was a boating accident 2- <br /> 3 weeks ago in Poppont Bay when a boat dragging a child on a tube hit a bump resulting in a <br /> girl getting thrown overboard and run over with the propeller cutting her on the head and thigh. <br /> The child is expected to survive. <br /> 2. Shellfish Constable Report—Rick York -bone available. <br /> 3.
