Public Comment-. None. <br /> . Review of Minute —The minutes from I July 2003 were reviewed. Jerry Daly moved they <br /> be accepted as written. Herb Silver seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> [QLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Harbormaster Report—Ferry Ellis - While Ferry Ellis was unable to make the meeting, Ji <br /> Hanks reported that it 1s a very busy time 1n the waterways of Mashpee. New docks were <br /> installed at the Great River and Mashpee Deck boat ramps. Also, there was a boating accident 2- <br /> 3 weeks ago in Poppont Bay when a boat dragging a child on a tube hit a bump resulting in a <br /> girl getting thrown overboard and run over with the propeller cutting her on the head and thigh. <br /> The child is expected to survive. <br /> 2. Shellfish Constable Report—Rick York -bone available. <br /> 3. Committee Reports <br /> Fresh Water--William Taylor <br /> Mashpee Wakeby Lake Management Committee— Bill stated that the committee met and <br /> held a routine meeting, with no notable issues to report, � <br /> Mashpee vak by Lake Enforcement Issues—None discussed. <br /> Page I of 4 <br />
