Public Comment:Ed Baker expressed interest in discussing the Ma.shpee River dredging <br /> project during the course of the meeting.,--He was assured that it was on the agenda and would be <br /> discussed. He also expressed interest in discussing the Popponesset Spit dredging plan and <br /> Popponesset Bay flushing. He was assured that hese items,too, were on the agenda and would <br /> be discussed at the meeting. F <br /> . Review of Minutes— The minutes from 3 November 2003 were reviewed. Jerry Daly <br /> moved they be accepted with a minor amendment for a typographical error. Paul Lumsden <br /> seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 4 <br /> 1. Harbortnaster Rep2rt..—„ "rr Ellis -Perm Ellis was unable to make the meeting. Jim His <br /> reported that Perry had called him prior to the meeting and noted that the wintcr sticks were in <br /> place and looked good. <br /> 2. Shellfish Constable Rewrt—Rick York -Rick reported that Falmouth side of Waquoit Bay <br /> was now closed for scalloping until May 1, 2004. He noted that the Mashpee side of the bay Vn*11 <br /> remain open through March 3 L, 2004 in accordance with state guidelines. Rick said there were a <br /> lot of quahogs In the family area of wauit Bay. He said it was another100-bushel year, which <br /> he called"a pretty good year." <br /> Rick reported that in December,the Senior Environmental Corps RSVP.group and n encorp <br /> ■ <br /> werestarting a storm drain survey,locating them onpublic roads.
