This is to be done per your drawing <br /> detail 1A1.4& II. . <br /> Item##3 -Balcony Guard Rail -Thumb latch to be removed. <br /> Item##4- stair to lower level -there is no option,they will meet code. - <br /> Item #5 -any area which does not,have the rewired ceiling height is not a live storage area. <br /> Item#6 -'there is a violation of widermining the foundation wall at the elevator pit. <br />
