It must be clearly understood- that - the BuildingCommittee is insistent that all outstanding items mut completed by July 17, 1997. It must further be clearly understood that the responsibility for seeing to it that the outstanding items and punch • g list- it r s are satisfactorily completed is that of Strekalovsky & Hoit. If theg ener i contractor refuses to conduct the necessary work, it is understood that you will exercise your authority and direct tie contractor to complete the work. If the contractor refuses to accept your direction, it is understood that you will secure an alternate contractor to L complete the work. We base this understanding on your representation that the neral g contractor is obligated to complete certain work, The one exception to the July 1 , 1997 deadline concerns a solution to the storage arca problem. The committee has received your letter providing three options and will he considering a response over the next two weeks. Please refer to the pages which follow for a list of thep ecific action items required.
