In your letter of June 3 0, 1997, regarding the basement storage area you suggest three <br /> options. <br /> a Please provide the Building ol='ttee with the amount of square footage available <br /> for storage under each option. <br /> b Also provide the time it will take to complete each of the three options. <br /> c Options 2 and 3 reference relocation of heat, sprinkler and electrical devices. What <br /> disruption of utility services will this cause and what disruption to employees will <br /> result? <br /> 2. Section 04000 (Masonry& Masonry Restoration) of the contract requires that a pre- <br /> application meeting be held with attendance required by the contractor, architect, applicator <br /> and a FroSoCo representative: <br /> a When was this meeting held` <br /> b Who was present? <br /> c What was the opinion of the supplier relative to the successful removal of the <br /> substance coating the brick? <br /> At the Building Conunittee meeting of May 22, 1997, you indicated that a representative of the <br /> : <br /> manufacturer of the brick cleaning product (ProSoco?) would e consulted to help deterrnine why <br /> the product was not successfully removing the substance coating the brick. <br /> a When was the representativeconsulted? <br /> b Was an on-site inspection conducted? <br /> c What was the recommendation? <br /> d What additional measures are to be taken to complete the removal of the substance <br /> coating the brick. <br /> Thank you for your attention to the above.
