March 2 , 1997: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Martini to approve the minutes o <br /> Wednesday, March 2 , 1997 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Buckingham. <br /> Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Mr. Fox abstained. <br /> COMMUNICATION AND.CORRIESEQ • <br /> Chairman Vaccaro submitted communication to 'Agostino Associates <br /> dated April 7, 1997 on behalf of the Town Hall Building Committee <br /> relative to the fmal phase of the Town Hall construction project. (enclosed) <br /> Bill Hauck, Inspector of Buildings presented a memo to the Architect and <br /> Project Superintendent dated April 7, 1997 addressing additional project <br /> violations of the 780 CMR Mate Building Code. (enclosed) <br /> In addition, Mr. Hauch indicated that he will further address compliance <br /> issues relative to handicap accessibility requirements. <br /> Mr.Hauck related concerns with respect to previous violation notices <br /> that have not been responded to,nor addressed by the Project Architect. <br /> In response, Mr.Hoit stated that he will provide documentation to the <br /> Building Inspector by Friday,and will schedule a meeting with Mr. Hauck <br /> next week, on Tuesday or Wednesday to address this matter. <br />
