Roof Leaks <br /> 2. Heating System <br /> 3. windows <br /> . Basement <br /> . Electrical <br /> 11r.Hoit was requested by the Committee to complete the heat balancing <br /> report, and operations systems report. Mr. Martini will be involved in the <br /> demonstration process relative to the full operation of the beating system. <br /> It was noted that the roof leafs in several areas. Most of the new windows <br /> are in need of adjustment,and do not appear to lock properly. <br /> Mr.Hoit was requested by the Committee to complete the installation of the <br /> window unit located on the door in the front of the building near Leisure <br /> Services, and obtain a price quote to replace the window pane located in the <br /> Office of the Treasurer/Tax Collector. <br /> Selectman Marsters requested Ir.Holt to furnish a Witten explanation to <br /> the Cottee to correct the elevations in the basement for designated use <br /> as active space. <br /> lir. Paoletta was requested to respond to Riordon Electric with respect <br /> to their request for direct payment. It was noted that the front lights do <br /> not presently shut off. The rear exterior lighting has not been installed to <br /> date. <br /> 1&.Hoit was requested by the Executive Secretary to review the use of <br /> timer for the automatic shut off of interior corridor lights. In addition, <br /> Mr, whritenour requested a price quote for a wireless sound system to be <br /> installedin the main meeting room. <br /> I innensions for the layout of the vault shelving,and recommended <br /> landscape material for the air conditioning unit,planters,and foundation <br /> planting of the Town Hall building were also requested by the Committee. <br /> fir.Paoletta was directed by the Committee to complete the demolition of <br /> the portable office unit as the initial scope in the final construction phase. <br /> The power cleaning of the front of the building is also a priority item to b <br /> addressed by the general contractor before the planting of the holly trees. <br />
