Januaa 9. 1 9 • <br /> Motion made by Mr. Buckingham to approve the minutes of <br /> Thursday, January 9, 1997 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Fox. <br /> Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> DATE• TOWN HALL REQ vA'TI T 'l' R T`t �T PR • <br /> Bill Hauch,Inspector of Buildings was present to discuss the current <br /> status of the Town Hall renovation restoration project with members of <br /> the Town Hall Building Committee. <br /> Mr.Hauch subrm*tted communication to the Committee ina memo dated <br /> January 13, 1997 relative to the corer storage area of the Torn Hall <br /> facility. (enclosed) <br /> As noted, the floor as designed, and installed does not meet the building <br /> code requirements to be considered an acture live storage area,and must <br /> be designated as a non-active storage area. <br /> Mr. Hauck addressed the above matter to Mr. Paoletta,Project <br /> Superintendent for D'Agostio Associates. lir. Paoletta stated that the <br /> existing slab was never at elevation. Under the instruction of the <br /> Architect, the floor was raised indicated Mr.Paoletta. <br />
