It was <br /> noted that Town Meeting action approved the connection of public water <br /> supply to the'Town Hail facility in October of 1996. <br /> Mr. whritenour indicated that the sung of$10,000 has been placed in <br /> the'down Mall Building Committee's account for the purpose of completing <br /> the sprinkler system. It was noted that$6,000- $5,000 i ro`ected to <br /> projected <br /> complete all heady and connection for an operable sprirMer system. <br /> At the next meeting, the Architect will present an approved layout of <br /> the sprinkler system to the Committee for approval to be reflected as <br /> Change Order## . <br /> Discussion followed with regards to the computer system connection. <br /> It was noted that a Network Administrator has been hired by the Town, <br /> and will assume duties on November 12,1996. Mr.whritenour indicated <br /> that Steven Buss will offer technical support during this phase of the <br /> project scope. Funds currently exist in the computer budget to support <br /> the systems connection. <br /> It was noted that the front entrance exterior site condition will be paged <br /> for operational use. The exterior portion of the building will be paved Mn the <br /> spring. At that time, the final coat of asphalt will be addressed. <br /> In addition,the Town Accountant submitted a revised financial statement <br /> to the Committee for review dated October 30, 1996. (enclosed) <br /> The Committee also received the Project eresentative's daily reports <br /> dated October 7, 199 6 through October 11, 1996, and October 14, 1996 <br /> through October 1 , 1996, (enclosed) <br /> Mrs. Mason indicated that she is currently reviewing cost estimates for <br /> the transfer of furnishings from the portable office units into the <br /> newly renovated Town Hall facility. <br />
