It was noted that eight workers are required <br /> on site to meet contractual obligations. <br /> In response,Mr.Dolt recommended that DAgostino employ <br /> supplemental electrical services, and direct the electrical subcontractor <br /> to install temporary light Mures in the newly renovated facility if <br /> shipment has not arrived by Friday of this week. <br /> Under general contract conditions,the general contractor can <br /> augment his manpower to reach compliance with the building schedule <br /> indicated Mr.Hoit who recommended that this matter be addressed <br /> promptly. <br /> In other business,Fire Chief George Baker indicated that he is <br /> scheduled to review completed fire suppression design plans for the <br /> Town Ball facility on Friday,December 2o, 1996. <br /> Chief Baker related concerns with respect to the installation of the ceiling <br /> tiles, and potential damage if the systema were to leak. It is necessary <br /> for the Fire Ieparunent to witness that each section of the system is <br /> tight. Mr. Baker requested Mr.Paoletta notify his department of testing <br /> activities for appropriate sign off approval. <br /> The final plans for the fire alarm system are also scheduled for review. <br /> Chief Baker indicated that he is concerned with the electrical layout as <br /> it des in with the sprinkler system installation. <br /> In response to the above,Mr. Hoit indicated that all design issues will <br /> be addressed in the fmaJ schematic design. <br /> Steven Buss,the Network Adhrnistrator discussed the computer <br /> qh <br /> conversion process with members of the Committee. Mr. Paolett <br /> indicated that he needs to complete minor renovations to the data processing <br /> room prior to occupancy. He will address this matter promptly. <br /> The Committee has projected to occupy:the Town I-Iall building, and <br /> conduct the moving process on January 6, and 7, 1997. 1t was noted <br /> that the anticipated move is pending that all electrical requirements have <br /> been net and appropriately signed off. <br /> W.whritenour will discuss the move as anticipated with members o <br /> the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Buss indicated that it is necessary to <br /> shut down all network communications for at lust one clay to complete <br /> the move, and conduct related testing requirements. <br />
