F. <br /> Mr. Giardino from Mass Coastal Railroad indicated that Mr. Podgurski had been pursuing <br /> opportunities in fly ash and lumber and green loads, using the UCRTS as a viable trans loading <br /> site. The fly ash would be purchased by concrete companies. The Chair indicated that he hoped <br /> Mr. Podgurski be present to discuss good ideas. Mr. Giardino also referenced C&D disposal and <br /> other ofd Cape focused possibilities. W.
