A. Crowley <br /> Engineering, Inc. Representing Dunham & Sweeney: Tadhg <br /> Sweeney <br /> The meeting of the Mashpee Town Hall Building Committee was called t .order by <br /> Chairperson Jiro Vaccaro at 1:08 p.m. on July 11, 1995. <br /> Jim began the meeting by welcoming Str kal vsl y & Hit to the interview and <br /> introduced the Committee members. He outlined the guidelines for the presentation. <br /> Roger Holt began the presentation by introducing the other members of his <br /> presentation team, Mr. Str k l ov ky, Mr. Raymond, flys. D long hamp, and Mr. Hickey. <br /> He reviewed his firm's past experience doing similar kinds of projects. He stated that <br /> % of the projects they work n are renovation and restoration. Mr. Str kalov ky <br /> presented a history of their firm and its members. filar. Hickey presented a history of his <br /> firm, C. A. Crowley y Engineering, Inc., and explained how they coordinate their efforts <br /> with the architects to work as a team. Mr. Holt cited the f la h pee Middle School <br /> addition project that his firm had done and stated that the change orders on that project <br /> were less than 1%. Mr. Strekalovsky presented photographs of some of their firm's <br /> past projects to the Committee. Mr. Halt presented photographs of some of their firm's <br /> past historical renovation projects including the Burton Town Hall, the Wayland Town <br /> Hall, the Millis Community Center and Town Offices, and the Brookline Fire Stations. <br /> He also presented the floor plan design for the town offices in Mansfield including <br /> Mansfield's police and fire stations. IIIb. Raymond presented the procedures that they <br /> would implement and explained what they considered to be a thorough job of <br /> preliminary evaluations that they would conduct before completing the schematics. Mr. <br /> Hoit and Ms. Delongchamp presented to the Committee some ideas of ghat they would <br /> suggest for the renovation of the Mashpee Town Hall. Ms. belong harp explained <br /> that they had gathered their information from the feasibility study and design. She <br /> presented a plan that categorized the torn offices into three areas; public services, <br /> administrative services, and building department and development type of services. <br /> Their design suggested grouping the location of each area to facilitate accessibility. <br />
