Page 2 <br /> f i <br /> Town Hall Building Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> September 6, 1995 <br /> EVTEw QF PROCESS: <br /> N r.Holt indicated that it is important to have space available for <br /> the contractor. He recommended to lease a trailer on a temporary <br /> basis for this purpose. <br /> Discussion followed with respect to departmental requirements and <br /> related office space needs. Recommendations as set forth by the <br /> Committee include the placement of compatible offices in cluster formation, <br /> placing active departments near the building entrance,combinuing <br /> conference space needs and providing adequate storage facilities. <br /> In a method to streamline the process of storage, Mr.Hoit recommended <br /> the Committee consider investing in space swing devices to alleviate <br /> additional square footage requirements. <br /> With regards to high traffic departments,Mr. Taylor recommended to <br /> place the Sticker Office near the entrance or to the rear of the building <br /> for ease of the public. <br /> Mr. Taylor indicated that the Leisure Services Department may be <br /> able to utilize the Sticker office space when the office is not in use. <br /> Mr.whritenour related concerns with regards to document storage space. <br /> Mr. Marti <br />
