Other departments stay in place, including present Computer room. <br /> 4. Selectmen's Meeting Room unavailable. No meeting spaces available. <br /> 5. Complete renovations to original building, all three levels and rear <br /> entrance. <br /> 6. No portable office space required. <br /> PHASE 2 -4 months - May 1 -August 31,1996 <br /> 7. Move departments into newly renovated area: <br /> • Board of Health <br /> • Building <br /> • Conservation Commission <br /> • Board of Appeals <br /> • Computer Room <br /> • Administration <br /> • Accounting <br /> • Personnel <br /> • Planning <br /> 8. Previously relocated departments, Assessors, Tax Collector/Treasurer, <br /> Town Clerk/Elections, move into vacated spaces in existing temporary <br /> office space, until renovations are complete. <br /> 9. School Department and Superintendent relocate to a single portable office <br /> unit. <br /> 10. Complete remaining renovations in addition, including Storage in <br /> Basement, new lobby, front entrance and elevator. <br /> 11. Move all remaining departments into new spaces. <br /> PHASE 3 - 1 month - September 30, 1996 <br /> 12. Dismantle existing portables. <br /> 13. Complete site work. <br />
