Leedham, Trustee of T c Nominee Trust <br /> Architect/Engineer: -Cape and Islands Engineering, Inc. <br /> epresentatiye: Timothy Leedham <br /> Requests: Addition to existing commercial building consisting of <br /> Offices, service department, geed and metal shop, employee <br /> Lunch/locker room, lavatory, parts and service deck. . <br /> Additions care footage–6,363. <br /> Walter Yarosh (architect, Tiny Leedham (owner), and Matt Costa (engineer) appeared. Matt Costa <br /> discussed the Site Plan. <br /> RemoVing small exisfing building and adding an addition to the rear of the existing-metal <br /> building. <br /> Increasing display area use. <br /> Site improvements•----improve parking area. After site improvements done, will he landscaping <br /> along Bowdoin, adding some landscaping along 28, as well as maintain 28 curb appeal. <br /> Wastewater—no increase in flow so meet and satisfy septic requirements. <br /> No drainage problems but they will be adding additional details to the , BA submittal. <br /> Septic system could perforin Title v requirements. <br /> Adding metal building at back of current metal building and create a nice front fa ade so it <br /> maintains desired curb appeal. <br /> Jack Phelan asked if a Fire Protection Engineer has been hired; and asked if the building will be <br /> sprinkled. Response to both questions was "yes'. <br /> Jack asked if there is to be a new curb cut. Klatt Costa responded `{no". Matt said 2 are there now; <br /> they are closing one and moving main access point further down to the existing one that is there <br /> across from Botello's. <br /> Jack-Phelan questioned the turning radius. They said turning radius will actually have more room. <br />
