Tim Leed h am said the p i`operty with the building is C-2,-not 1-1. Tim- <br /> said only the back lot is 1-1. Mike showed the application and it states 1-1 as the zone. Matt Costa <br /> apologized to the meeting; he said he made an error on the Application form. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Glen Harrington motioned that the proposal be approved with the following conditions: <br /> The new building will be sprinkled. <br /> One curb cut will be closed up in acpord'ance with the Bite Plan. <br /> The turning radius to be checked at the remaining entrance. <br /> The curbing at the entrance be Cape cod berm. <br /> The Site Plan be reviewed at the Board of Health. <br /> The drainage calculations be checked. <br /> New drainage that's added meet Board of Health specs. <br /> The additional tie-in to the existing septic system. <br /> There be a review of the recirculating filter system in view oe new ti ht tan y ern. <br /> The ZBA effect a finding to review conflicts with 1-1 if the C-2 is not the applicable-zoning and <br /> that the existing Special Permit be reviewed. <br /> Andrew McManus seconded the motion. <br /> Vote: -Yes. Unanimous. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Andrew McManus, yes John Phelan, yes <br /> Catherine Laurent, yes Rodney Collins, yes <br /> Glen Harrington, yes Michael Mendoza, yes <br /> Jack Phelan exited the meeting. <br />
