Matt Costa apologized to the meeting; he said he made an error on the Application form. CONCLUSION Glen Harrington motioned that the proposal be approved with the following conditions: The new building will be sprinkled. One curb cut will be closed up in acpord'ance with the Bite Plan. The turning radius to be checked at the remaining entrance. The curbing at the entrance be Cape cod berm. The Site Plan be reviewed at the Board of Health. The drainage calculations be checked. New drainage that's added meet Board of Health specs. The additional tie-in to the existing septic system. There be a review of the recirculating filter system in view oe new ti ht tan y ern. The ZBA effect a finding to review conflicts with 1-1 if the C-2 is not the applicable-zoning and that the existing Special Permit be reviewed. Andrew McManus seconded the motion. Vote: -Yes.
