MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 22,2019 <br /> 8. Along with the issue of maintaining affordability of these locations, that the initial <br /> sale of the unit(s) shall be restricted to households earning no more than 65%of the <br /> median income of Barnstable County. Resale of either locations shall be restricted <br /> in perpetuity to households earning no more that 80% of the median income of <br /> Barnstable County. <br /> 9. This Decision is also conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> a. J.M. O'Reilly&Associates,Inc.plan titled: Zoning Board of Appeals Plan, <br /> 341 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA, and Revised: 4/8/2019: <br /> Drainage System and Swale Altered, Paved Berm Locations Adjusted. <br /> b. Board of Health approval <br /> c. DPW approval <br /> d. Building Department approval <br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded. <br /> Chairman Furbush polled the Board to vote. <br /> Mr. Gould, voted in favor <br /> Mr. Goldstein,voted in favor <br /> Mr. Bonvie, voted in favor <br /> Mr. Blaisdell voted in favor <br /> Mr. Furbush voted in favor. <br /> The Board unanimously approved the 40 B Project located at 341 Great Neck Road North. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Board to vote on Jim Reiffarth's request to join the Zoning Board of Appeals as an <br /> Associate Member. <br /> Sharon moved to vote on Jim Reiffarth's request to join the Zoning Board. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that Jim was on the Zoning Board as an Associate and then a Full Board <br /> Member,but left about four years ago. The Board said he was a member that got involved <br /> and the more members to join will help the Town. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell made a motion for a recommendation to the Board of Selectmen to appoint <br /> Jim Reiffarth as an.Associate Member. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded.
