Taylor <br /> Attendees: Arnold Chase <br /> Meeting Called to order by Chairman Sherman at 8:57 p.m, <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Consideration of the Purchase or value of Real Property Located at 68 Great Deck Road South Mash ee <br /> MA as an Open Meetina ma have a Detrimental Effect on the Ne otiatin Position of the Town <br /> Pursuant to M.G.L. Cha ter 3 0A S ection 21 a)(6)$ <br /> The Board of Selectmen met with Arnold Chase of Mashpee Commons, LLC to discuss the consideration <br /> of the purchase or value of real property located at 68 great Neck Road South, Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Chase indicated he is interested in cooperating with the Town of Mashpee in a collaborative effort. <br /> However,the Mashpee Commons wastewater treatment facility has sufficient capacity to meet the needs <br /> of Mashpee Commons and in the future for expansion to meet the continued needs of Mashpee Commons <br /> for housing and development.. Collaboration in terms of wastewater was deemed an important piece of <br /> the wastewater initiative. <br /> For disclosure, Selectmen Cahalane indicated this matter is better suited for public discussion. <br /> At this time, it was revealed there is no interest from Mashpee-Commons to consider the sale of the real <br /> property as described. <br /> Being no further comment,the Board motioned as follows to adjourn. <br />
