Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> July 3,2019 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall-Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Present: Chairman Mary Waygan,Vice Chairman Joe Cummings,Dennis Balzarini, John(Jack) <br /> Phelan, Joseph Callahan, Robert(Rob)Hansen(Alt.) <br /> Also: Evan Lehrer-Town Planner, Charles Rowley-Consultant Engineer <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Waquoit Meeting <br /> Room at Mashpee Town Hall by Chairman Waygan, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2019. The <br /> Chair welcomed attendees and stated that the meeting was being videographed and recorded and noted <br /> that, without a publicly advertised public hearing on the agenda,public comment could not be accepted <br /> at this meeting. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES--April 17,2019 and June 19,2019 <br /> MOTION: Mr.Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes of April 17th as presented. Mr. <br /> Cummings seconded the motion. 4 yes,2 abstain <br /> MOTION: Mr.Balzarini made a motion to approve the minutes of June 191h as presented. Mr. <br /> Phelan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Sign Certificate of Action for Blue Sky Towers II,LLC-The certificate, accepting the <br /> withdrawal without prejudice of the application, was signed by Planning Board members. Mr. <br /> Balzarini inquired about materials submitted previously by the applicant, but Mr. Lehrer noted that, <br /> when the applicant refiled, information from the previous proceedings would be rolled in to streamline <br /> the contents of their application. The Chair stated that the applicant could be required to re-submit <br /> everything, in order to ensure that there was no confusion regarding submitted materials. Mr. Lehrer <br /> stated that his office would maintain a list of exhibits. <br /> Signatory Page for Barnstable County Registry of Deeds-Members of the Board signed the <br /> signatory page. <br /> Vote to Select Public Hearing Date for Mendes Way-There were no other hearings currently <br /> scheduled for August 7. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Balzarini made a motion to set the Public Hearing to August 7 at 7:10 p.m. Mr. <br /> Phelan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Consideration of Draft Accessory Apartment Warrant Article for Submission to Board of <br /> Selectmen-Mr. Lehrer discussed changes to Mashpee's existing Accessory Apartment, which he <br /> recommended as four separate Articles. <br /> 1 <br />
