Collins <br /> Assistant Town Manager Wayne E. Taylor <br /> Attendees: Attorney Adam Simms of Pierce, Davis &Perritano <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Gottlieb at 6:01 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> To discuss ongoing litigation at the school whereas discussion of these matters in open session would <br /> have a detrimental effect on the litigating_position of the Town: <br /> Attorney Adam Simms of Pierce, Davis &Perritano met with members of the Board of Selectmen for <br /> the purpose of reviewing matters relative to litigation in the matter of John and Jane Doe et al v. <br /> Mashpee School Committee et al. <br /> Attorney Simms indicated a formal dismissal was filed last week ending the case of reference. It was <br /> disclosed the Order of Judgement was fully funded by the Town's MIIA Insurance policy, and settled <br /> directly by the MIIA. <br /> A brief discussion followed-with respect to this regard. There was no further action taken by the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br />
