*DRAFT*Board of Selectmen Minutes June 17, 2019 NEW BUSINESS Review Discussion and A,__pproval of Annual Boards and Committees Rea ointment List: The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Master Board and Committee Reappointment List as updated on May 19, 2019. It was agreed that designations served by Selectman John J. Cahalane would be left vacant at this time. The Board of Selectmen was requested to not reappoint Anthony Pizzo to the Community Preservation Committee, There were no other additions or alterations to the Master List. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to remove Anthony Pizzo from the CPC Reappointment List, and approve the Master Reappointment List as amended. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara* VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes opposed, none Discussion of Rescheduling.Joint Meetin of the Re ulator Boards: A brief discussion followed regarding the next Joint Regulatory Board Meeting. The tentative date is Monday, July 15, 2019. TOWN MANAGER UPDATES Santuit Pond: The Department of Natural Resources conducted water sampling on this date at Santuit Pond. Due to the conditions of the water, it is advised there will be no swimming and drinking of the water for humans and pets. Catch and release fishing is permissible. The,Health Department is expected to post this advisory at all boat landings. The pond will be tested weeldy during the summer. Nutrient load and other factors have heavily impacted the health of this pond. ADJOURNMENT Motion.made by Selectman Sherman to adjourn at 5:25 p.m. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara.
