*DRAFT*Board of Selectmen Minutes June 17, 2019 APPOINTMENTS &HEARINGS Public Hearin continued from June 3 2019 -Request for Modification of Entertainment License: Naukabout Beer Corn an LLC: Peter Murner: (continued) Town Manager Rodney C. Collins indicated his conversations with Mr. Murner were Very amicable. It is his recommendation to give Mr. Murner a fair chance to move forward with the outdoor entertainment on a trial basis. After a one month review, the Town would review any complaints or identifiable problems. Town /Manager Collins stated that Peter Murner is respectful of the Mashpee community and of his neighbors, if there are concerns they will be addressed. In process, a complaint is initially addressed by the Police Department and/or deferred to the Town Manager and then to the Board of Selectmen. The dates of the outdoor entertainment license were modified from May 1"to September 30"', and fromk.October 1"to April 30'h. p ''. All stipulated conditions would be listed on the Entertainment License. Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. Motion seconded by Selectman^O'Hara. VOTE. Unanimous. 4-0.
