Warrants signed - lir. Doherty stepped down from discus- <br /> ion regarding reimbursement to the landfill contractor for <br /> additional manpower resulting from "Hurricane Bob" .' <br /> Mr.. Greelish and Mr. Costa agreed the landfill contrac- <br /> tor <br /> ntr - <br /> tor should receive reimbursement for additional manpower re- <br /> sulting from "Hurricane Bob"r during the period October 1, <br /> 1991 thru October 16, 1991, Mr, Greelish directed. Mr. <br /> McQuaid to prepare a voucher in the amount billed by the con- <br /> tractor and attach a memo, directed to the Executive Secre- <br /> tary, requesting payment of the invoice through F. .M. . <br /> 2, ) Mr, Costa motioned to accept the minutes of October 10, <br /> 1991, Mr. Greelish seconded,. all agreed. <br /> 3, ) Letter and contract from Weston & Sampson_ - Phase I - <br /> Mr. Greelish relayed Nr. Hanlon did request this Board for- <br /> ward a letter to D.E.P. questioning their delay i n approving <br /> the scope- of work. <br /> Mr, McQuaid recommended Mr. Hanlon draft a letter for <br /> the Boards review. <br /> Agreed. <br /> At this time the Board ]Moved t item 24 in the agenda as Ms. <br /> Virgin-14- Landry was in, attendance to discuss the Pop onesset <br /> Recreation_Building. <br /> 24, ) variance request, Po ne a Reo. B1 Ms, Landry <br /> informed the Hoard the cover to the leaching facility was <br /> damaged by a rubbish truck. <br />
