" "Subsequently this <br /> Board was informed abutters of lot 8 did object to, proposed <br /> plans. " "A public hearing was- held and revised plans submit- <br /> ted indicating a retaining wall approximately 11 off the <br /> property line. " 'Abutters of lot 8 objected to revised <br /> plans," 'The Board denied the upgrade based on the abutters <br /> objections. " "A short time ago the owner of 73 Shore Drive <br /> informed me the system was not functioning. " "The owner re- <br /> tained a licensed installer to pump the system. " Nor. <br /> Slavinsky stated the system is in failure., "The dwelling has <br /> not been inhabited since raid September, " "The system is ba- <br /> sically some sort of metal drum. " 'The owner is requesting <br /> system upgrade and has agreed to file a statement with the <br /> Registry of Deeds agreeing to no .increase in habitable <br /> space. " <br /> r <br /> Mr. MdQuaid stated he inspected the syte ► and found the <br /> cesspool full, <br /> Mr, Greelish stated he would life the owners of lot 8 to <br /> review proposed plans. "If the, 'abutters object to proposed <br /> dans a full Title v hearing should be held. " <br /> Nix . Roger Michniewicz representing the engineering firm <br /> of Eagle Surveying was- in attendance. for this scheduled hear- <br /> ing. There were no abutters present. <br /> Michniewic-z informed the Board there is an existing <br /> three beds on dwelling on the property,. . AlThe foundation con- <br /> sists mostly of crawl space, however them is a► small 61 area <br /> utilized for the heating unit. " "There is an existing cess- <br /> pool which we propose to upgrade by installing a 1500 gallon <br /> tank, reserve and -three flow diffusers*, "Due to lot dimen- <br /> sions we are requesting a 91 sideline variance for the re- <br /> serge area. " Mr. Michniewicz stated all abutters are ser- <br /> viced by public water with the exception of lot 13 . "The <br /> owner of lot 13 is hooked into public water but has not, as <br /> of yet, paid the required fee to turn on the water. " <br />
