Soils will be re- <br /> moved V into the right-of-way, " <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Michniewicz as to whether he <br /> has been authorized to remove soils from the right-of-way e <br /> Mr. michniewicz responded, he is researching the matter. <br /> Mr, McQuaid recommendation the Board. approve variance <br /> requests with the stipulation a Health Agent inspect soil <br /> conditions at the tete of the installation of the flow dif- <br /> fusers on the Beach Road side as there is a strong possibil� <br /> ity that fill in that area may be clean and permeable. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 1501 variance from the <br /> local Coastal Dune requirement and state variances from the <br /> following Title V requirements: Section 1 . 1 , Section <br /> 15.03(7). and section 15.13(8) with the stipulation the engi- <br /> neer at a pt to relocate the leaching facility closer to the <br /> dwelling thereby maintaining a lo' separation to the street, <br /> otherwise a Health Agent arta the Engineer are to verify soil <br /> conditions at tho street line for permeability to avoid <br /> strip-out, Mt.
