Greelish stated he would be inclined to votefavor- <br /> ably on revised plans if the combined lots represent a reduc- <br /> tion in the number of bedrooms originally -proposed and the <br /> lots are legally combined, <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld explained, the two systems originally <br /> proposed will now service the one dwelling. <br /> Nor. McQuaid requested Ir. Zeppenfeld provide the Board <br /> with flow calculations for each system and a letter from the <br /> engineer stating elevations submitted on original plans will <br /> not change. <br /> Ir, Zeppenfeld agreed to provide the information re- <br /> quested by Mr, McQuaid* <br /> Mr, Greel i sh motioned to approved revised plans as sub- <br /> raitted with the stipulation lots 1365 and 1366 Shore Drive <br /> are legally combined, flow calculations are indicated on re- <br /> vised plans and the engineer submit a letter to this Board <br /> stating invert elevations of the different components of the <br /> septic system. have not changed from plans approved. by this <br /> Board on May 31, If Mr, Doherty seconded* <br /> Unscheduled A nt a Duffy - 135 Shore Drive <br /> Mr,, Duffy was in attendance to discuss a third story ad- <br /> dition to the proposed dwelling, <br /> Mr, McQuaid relayed plan approval was received by this <br /> Board for a two story, 3 bedroom dwelling. <br /> Mr, Duffy stated, he does not propose to increase • the <br /> number of bedrooms. "We would like to place the heating sys- <br /> tem on the third level as the basement floods due to its lo- <br /> cation within the flood plain. 11 "The building inspector is <br /> requesting pull down stairs as the third story could be uti- <br /> lized <br /> ti- <br /> 1i ed as living space. "My mother ,wi 1 l be residing at the <br /> dwelling, therefore we are requesting an open staircase." <br /> "The floor will be insulated and closed off from the remain- <br /> der of the house and will be used mainly for storage, " <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Mr. Duffy the existing system can <br /> only accommodate three bedrooms as proposed. "Should the lot <br /> be sold the subsequent owner could utilize the third story as <br /> living s ace.
