"We would like to place the heating sys- <br /> tem on the third level as the basement floods due to its lo- <br /> cation within the flood plain. 11 "The building inspector is <br /> requesting pull down stairs as the third story could be uti- <br /> lized <br /> ti- <br /> 1i ed as living space. "My mother ,wi 1 l be residing at the <br /> dwelling, therefore we are requesting an open staircase." <br /> "The floor will be insulated and closed off from the remain- <br /> der of the house and will be used mainly for storage, " <br /> Mr. Doherty informed Mr. Duffy the existing system can <br /> only accommodate three bedrooms as proposed.
