Kouloris <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky and Mr. & Mrs. Kouloris were iat- <br /> tendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Ir. Slavinsky briefed the Board on the history of the <br /> tat and submitted revised plans which now delineate the con- <br /> tainment wall along the northeast perimeter of lot 3 for <br /> distance of about 301 feet.. <br /> Mr. Kouloris informed the Board a family - member would <br /> like to occupy the dwelling, however cannot due to septic <br /> system failure. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, given the constraints of the lot and <br /> the objections of abutters this is the only feasible alterna- <br /> tive available. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the installation of a► <br /> containment wall to prevent breakout, a 41 State sideline <br /> variance, a variance from State regulations requiring the in- <br /> stallation of a reserve and local.- variances from the 1501 re- <br /> quirerent between well and septic, variances shall be <br /> referenced to plans on file #S1 , Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: New Seabury - Illegal umping <br /> Mr. Michael Grotske, representative from New Seabury, <br /> and Robert Sherman, Conservation Commission Agent, were in <br /> attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he received a call from <br /> Sergeant Becgua who relayed that while touring the New <br /> Seabury area with the Inspector General they discovered what <br /> appeared to be an illegal dump site off Great Oak Road, <br /> "Robert Sherman, Michael Grotske and myself toured the site <br /> and found the area containing the illegally dumped <br /> materials,. " "Pictures were taken of the site- " "It appeared <br /> the area, located on New Seabury property, has been used as a <br /> dumping site for quite some time. " "Notice of Violation" <br /> } was issued. "The conservation Commission issued an "Enforce- <br /> ment Order" as it is land subject to coastal storm flowage <br /> and in the buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland to a <br /> saltmarsh, " "In Amy opinion this matter reeds immediate at- <br /> tention. " "At the site we questioned, Dari Buckley, New <br /> Seabury Construction Manager-, where the piles, of debris were <br /> coming from . " "Mr. Buckley responded the debris was coming <br /> from the "Bluff Cottages* " "In the "Order of Conditions" is- <br /> sued by the Conservation Commission it is stated all materi- <br /> als coming from the Bluff Cottages must be recorded in detail <br /> ,, r # <br /> s ` . <br />
