" <br /> "What was remaining was the foundations and the brick chim- <br /> neys. " "It is possible they were disposed of at the dumping <br /> site. " <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned Mr* Grotske as to whether the <br /> company, hired to remove the cottages, disposed of them a <br /> the dumping site. <br /> Mr. Grotske responded, he is unsure. <br /> iCreel isi stated he would like to question the indi- <br /> viduals who have disposed of materials at the site recently. <br /> ,.Board members T agreed to tentatively meet at the site <br /> r <br /> Saturday, January 4,. 1992 at .00 a.. . <br /> A. I_ TM NT: "Innex Village" - New seabury <br /> r <br /> - . <br /> Mr, Michael Grotske a in attendance for this scheduled <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. Grotske informed the Board 25 single family hones <br /> are proposed for the subdivision which is located behind the <br /> Country Club. <br /> Mr, McQuaid questioned Mr. Grotske as to whether the <br /> proposed subdivision is located outside the zone 2 well pro- <br /> tection district. <br /> Mr. Grotske responded, the subdivision is located beyond <br /> the 4001 required radius* "Intensive h drogeological work <br /> was performed when the leach field was designed for the in- <br /> tended treatment plant. " "At that time it was determined all <br /> flog would ultimately go into the sound. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid questioned whether the subdivision meets <br /> density requirements* <br /> Mr, Grotske responded, 314 units were proposed for the <br /> hotel , this proposal is only for 25 single family homes. <br /> "Flow calculations are under the 15,000 limit. " <br /> Mr. Doherty directed Mr. McQuaid to forward preliminary <br /> approval to the Planning Board. <br />
