Nor, Greelish motioned to accept the minutes of January <br /> , 1992, Mr, Doherty seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT Unscheduled - Mark DeDec] o, Sum erwood Condos <br /> Mr. DeDec] o was in attendance to discuss water meters <br /> utilized for irrigation wells at the Summerwood Condominium <br /> complex. <br /> Mr. DeDec o explained to Board members there is no water <br /> usage at the complex during the off season months, (October <br /> thru March) , "In my initial discussion with the Water Dis- <br /> trict it was agreed the first invoice would encompass the en- <br /> tire year with subsequent billing to take place once the mat- <br /> ter of water shut-off during the off season months was <br /> discussed. " "A year later- 1 again discussed the matter with <br /> the Water District and i forwmed them we would like to <br /> eliminate water during those months or if water was used we <br /> could be charged per gallon„ ” ' The Water Dist ict was not <br /> agreeable to this as they were of this opinion it could be <br /> construed as favoritism- " "They recommended I consult with <br /> this Board and request financial aid or have you discuss the <br /> matter with them..
