Ambrose Janedy - Well , 156 captain"s Row <br /> Mr.. anedy was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment.# L <br /> Mr, McQuaid explained, when Mr. .Janedy proposed an addi- <br /> tion to the existing dwelling this Board required an upgrade <br /> of the existing system to Title V standards. "In order o <br /> jLnstal.l a .Title V system on the property and meet the 1001 <br /> setback requirements, between the leaching facility and the <br /> well , a new well location would be required.,11 "subsequently, <br /> well permit was issued to Dennis Scannell and a building <br /> permit was issued. " tiMr. Scannell located potable water at <br /> V or 9,1 and .informed Atte he was hesitant drilling any deeper <br /> due to the possibility of salt water intrusion. " "Mr. Janedy <br /> .then met with the Board and indicated that he mould have pre- <br /> erred a deeper well and - did not wish to extend the piping <br /> from the new well to the house as the water c ua l ity 'had not <br /> changed. " "At the most recent meeting with Mr* Janedy this <br /> Board felt the matter of drilling a deeper well was between <br /> the well r.l-ler and the property owner as requirements for <br /> distance and potability were met. " "At this time l am un- <br /> aware as to whether* the new well was connected to the house." <br /> Mr-.
