Warrants signed 2. ) Mr. Costa motioned to accept the minutes of January 2 , 1992, Mr, Greelish seconded, all agreed. . Preliminary subdivision pjan, Camlin Realty Trust - Mr. McQuaid informed Board members the proposed subdivision con- sists of three lots, each lot being in excess of 11/2 acres. "The existing road does not conform to current zoning regula- tions, g. 174, section , as lots would not be accessible to emergency vehicles. " Mr. Greelish motioned preliminary approval of the -subdi- vision as submitted and notes the existing road does not con- form to current zoning requirements, lir. Costa seconded, all agreed. - . Antunes , special Permit modification request Mr, McQuaid relayed Ms, Antunes has requested this Board's con-- ,.-y sideration in granting. an exemption from the Special. Permit L issued by the Planning Board' for the .placement o 1two private wells within the' subdivision.. "In was .sn or ted by fir.
