Preliminary subdivision pjan, Camlin Realty Trust - Mr. <br /> McQuaid informed Board members the proposed subdivision con- <br /> sists of three lots, each lot being in excess of 11/2 acres. <br /> "The existing road does not conform to current zoning regula- <br /> tions, g. 174, section , as lots would not be accessible <br /> to emergency vehicles. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned preliminary approval of the -subdi- <br /> vision as submitted and notes the existing road does not con- <br /> form to current zoning requirements, lir. Costa seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> - . Antunes , special Permit modification request Mr, <br /> McQuaid relayed Ms, Antunes has requested this Board's con-- ,.-y <br /> sideration in granting. an exemption from the Special. Permit L <br /> issued by the Planning Board' for the .placement o 1two private <br /> wells within the' subdivision.. "In was .sn or ted by fir.
