" 'The plumbing inspector has agreed <br /> to revised plans which indicate two bathrooms on the upper <br /> level and two on the basement level ." "In my opinion revised <br /> plans with the primary and reserve will adequately handle the <br /> septage flow. tt "I recommend the Board grant the perk exten- <br /> sion and approved revised plans, " <br /> Mr, Costa motioned to approve a six month pert extension <br /> from date of expiration and approve revised plans as pre- <br /> sented, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 4. ) Letter to nd from Asst. Town Counsel re: ' Ha shoreSub- <br /> division Mr. McQuaid stated there is a State subdivision <br /> control lana that mandates -the Planning Hoard incorporate <br /> Hoard of Health recommendations into Special Permits issued <br /> for all subdivision's. 'Town Counsel has not, as of yet, <br /> rendered his opinion on the ratter. " <br /> Mr. Greelish recommended this Board await Town Counsel's <br /> opinion. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Hoard members the applicant who has <br /> requested a septic permit for a lot within the subdivision, <br /> has retained an Attorney. 04 f <br /> r <br /> Mr. Greelish expressed his concern with the installation <br /> of a leaching facility 6n the lot in question as proposals <br /> indicate the system will be. plarced .thirty feet below grade. <br /> r <br /> c <br /> � f <br />
