McQuaid re- <br /> quested this matter be placed at the end of the agenda. - • <br /> .r. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: John Renz - Pickwick"s Remodelling I � r <br /> Mr, John Rent, Mr. Doug Storrs and Mr. William Zammer, <br /> representing Fields Point Limited *Partnership, were -in at- ,w <br /> tendance for this scheduled a► iointmt: - <br /> Mr,. Storrs informed Board members they propose to re- <br /> model the restaurant formerly known as "Pickwick's" . "The <br /> facility will remain a restaurant with seating capacity of <br /> 150. 11 "The existing leaching facility has a 200 seat cap c- <br /> ity. 11 "We are requesting this - Boardts consideration in <br /> granting a variance from the regulation which requires all <br /> commercial establishments to install a reserve along with the <br /> primary. " <br /> Mr. Frans stated he is recommending two additional bath- <br /> rooms for employees. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Mr, Storrs plans submitted do not <br /> indicate the layout of the kitchen facility which is im- <br /> perative for• 'proper evaluation and subsequent recommendations <br /> by an agent of this Board. <br /> r. Storrs- informed the Board they would like to acti- <br /> vate both systems at the site and operate them as one system <br /> capable of handling 10 patrons. <br /> Mr, Costa motioned to grant variance relief from the lo- <br /> cal regulation which requires the installation of a reserve <br /> leaching facility for commercial establishments, lir. Greelish <br /> seconded, all agreed, <br /> r•. Zammer stated' he will provide the Board with de-- <br /> tailed plans of the kitchen layout. <br />
