Copy of memo t Taylor re: Ton vehicle Mr, <br /> McQuaid informed the Board this department is complying with <br /> the policy set forward by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> . Response from Town counsel re: Landfill contract Ac- <br /> knowledged, <br /> . o T wn Meeting warrants - Board members will re- <br /> view. <br /> . Emeraency failure certification - 21 Nehoiden Road, 3 <br /> Autumn Drive,, 71 Forest Drive. <br /> 1 N hoiden Road - Mr. Evans 'Informed Board members upon <br /> conferring with tho owner it was learned an addition is pro- <br /> posed, <br /> ro- <br /> posed. "I informed the owner he is required- to have a septic <br /> evaluation however, upon inspection the pit was found to be <br /> full* " <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" fora. <br /> Autumn Drive, with repair plan - Mr. Evans informed the <br /> Board the owner indicated he is proposing an addition to the <br /> dwelling however-, there will be no increase in habitable <br /> space. "A septic evaluation was performed during which the <br /> leach pit was found to be 3/4 full, " "Questions were raised <br /> as to whether an engineered plan is necessary. " "Ian my opin- <br /> ion the repair plan as submitted is adequate. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated the existing system could be con- <br /> strued as a Title v system..
