Mr, Donaghey informed the Board he currently operates a tree and landscaping business. Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Donaghey of the current com- posting program, as well as, the rules and regulations gov- erning the landfill . Mr. Creelish Motioned to issue a 1992 commercial, land- fill sticker to Mr. Scott Donaghey, Mr. Doherty seconded, S Prc Iarien Mr. McQuaid informed the Board the initial perc was per- formed in 1954 and reper ed in 1988. "Septic permits were issued in 1985, 1986 and 1988, 11 "The applicant -is requesting the Board waive the- regulation- which requires the lot to be reperl ed upon expiration based on the fact the lot was perked twice and plans were approved and permits pulled.
