Upon motion duly made by Mr. Costa and seconded by Mr, Greelish voted unanira usly' to remove the deed restriction which limits the number of bedrooms to three, and to grant variance relief as follows; a 501 local variance from abut- ting well, (lot 88) , to on-site leaching facility, and a 10' sideline variance, Mr, Greelish seconded, all agreed. 8. Variance- a- proval s - 8 Shields d. and 15 Tricia Lane - Mr. McQuaid relyed he approved septic permits for 80 Shields Road and- 15 Tricia Lane as they are located ire pre-approved subdivisions. "A 451 variance is' requested between on-site well and on-site leaching facility. Electric, Mr. Costa motioned to approve revised plan as presented with the stipulation prior to sign-off on the occupancy per- mit thiLs Board receives verification that the area delineated on plans as the driveway has been cleared for use, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. *****NEW IN S * Plan Review Policy Upon motion duly made by Mr. Doherty and seconded by Mr. Costa voted unanimously to adopt the following policy on "'Plan Review' requirements: 11 All professional registered engineers are to indi- cate all wells within 2001 of the proposed sewage disposal system, as required in Tide v, Section 2.5.
