MINUTES April 30, 1992 4 BoARD OF HEALTH Mr. Galton requested the Boards consideration in grant- ing a time frame by which he may pay the amount of the cita- too tion as he is financially constrained. Mr. McQuaid recommended ars alternative to the $3.00.00 citation such as performing community service. Board members agreed.
