Mr. Zammer explained to Board members he is present this evening to discuss- two matters, "The first matter involves the use of picnic tables, 'AAs I recall the previous owners of the facility had situated three picnic tables outside the perimeter of the building, " "Also, under the A. ,A. regula- tions a small business, whose income do not exceed a certain amount, i.s not required to comply with handicap accessible bathrooms." "Secondly, the issue of a fruit stand has come .up tl Mr. McQuaid interceded Mr. Zammer and relayed the Board of Health has approved the fruit stand. "The Board of Ap- peals is recurring an amendment to the special permit for the sale of fruit, " Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Zammer this Board determined no additional permits would be - required - to operate a fruitstand however, we did acknowledge there are use restric- tions on the property. Discussion took place regarding the placement of picnic tables outside the facility. Mr . McQuaid commented, zero seating is indicated on the permit application and the plan review application. x 1 r Mr. Zammer stated, he ?was of the opinion the question on the applications referred to the interior of the building. y s L Mr. Evans informed Mr.t Zammer. outside seating cannot be restricted to "Picnic Box" patrons. Za er stated no signs will bei posted gwhlchre- stricts- seating. .s Mr, McQuaid stated he spore with the Plumbing Inspector who 'Indicated his jurisdiction is within the confines of the building only. .Mr . Gr elfish stated, it is the consensus of this Board that the placement of three public convenience picnic tables, located outside the perimeter of the food establishment known as 'The Picnic Box's , will be permitted and at this time the
