x , <br /> MINUTES May 14, 1992 4 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> APPOINTMENT: Mark DeDecko - Summerwood Wells <br /> Mr, DeDecko was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment.. <br /> Mr. DeDecko stated he is present this evening to request <br /> the Board's approval to utilize the existing wells at <br /> Summerwood Condominiums for irrigation purposes. <br /> Mr, Greelish informed Mr. DeDecko this Board's primary. <br /> concern is the production of airborne contaminants that would <br /> emanate from wells within the complex. "This Board rust con- <br /> sider the health risks involved. " <br /> 4 <br /> Mr. relish motion to deny the request to utilize ex- <br /> isting wells, located within the complex known as "Summerwood <br /> condominiums" , for irrigation purposes, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Sam Strei ert - 42 Elizabeth Island Road <br /> I. <br /> Mr, San Streihert and Mr. & Mrs. Acons ia►, (owners) , were <br /> in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Strei ert presented revised plans which now indicate <br /> enclosing the porch area to -accommodate an increase in the <br /> living room area only. "Revised plans were submitted to the, <br /> State however, plans were denied as 51 of sand was required <br /> between the crushed rock and walk:, " "Plans were resubmitted <br /> which delineated the system an area which could meet the <br /> • of sand requirement however, loo" could not be maintained <br /> from the pond to the leaching facility.
