Mr. Gr■eel.ish motioned to- grant a 1992 retail, food permit to Mr. Thomas O'Donnell d/b/a 11 's Groceries" with the stipulation a water test analysis is performed on the Drell servicing the "Redemption en er" , the well servi-cing K & CT's Groceries is to be retested, bottled water will bo permitted for the preparation of -coffee until such time as the analysis is received by this office, should the analysis indicate so- diu'm levels exceed the State recommended limits a reverse -os- mosis filtration system on one faucet, within the facility known as K & JfsGroceries, is to be installed and the owner of said property is to submit a letter to this Board agreeing to the above stated, Mr. Ball seconded.. ` *****NEW BUS-INESS * Emergency Repair - -^ 13„. Trea ure Lane Mr, Evans informed Board members the systems was found to be in failure, "An engineered plan is required as the owners propose an addition." Board members forwarded their signatures o the "Emer- gency Repair Certification" form. Emergency Repair - 397 otult Road Mr. Evans informed the Board the system was found to be failure, no additions are proposed.
