Fish informed the Board he resided at Otis ' railer Park from last October to the end of January and now resides at Monument Beach-. "A dumpster was provided at the trailer park. 11 "I have no reason to be dumping in the woods and can- not explain why my trash was found there.." Mr. McQuaid explained, while routinely patrolling this area he came across bags of household trash.
