Mr. Greelish proceeded reading the bid submitted by B. Beard Trucking as follows: "The sum to operate the Sanitary Landfill and Solid Waste Transfer Station from July 1, 1992 to June 30 , 1993 was submitted at $328,000.00. " Mr. - Beard reiterated his earlier question regarding the validity of Mr. DiMaggio's bid as it did not indicate a par- ticipation by a minority business enterprise. Mr. Greelish responded this matter will be referred to Town Counsel for his opinion. Mr, Greelish stated no furter bias have been submitted therefore, motioned to close bids- at 7:24 p. . , Asir.
