" "I would recommend the Board <br /> consider either not licensing the company or to require the <br /> company to substitute the portable toilets with something <br /> more structually sound." <br /> Pyr. Doherty quostioned Mr. Frazier as to how long he has <br /> operated his business. <br /> Mr, Frazier stated three years. <br /> Nor. Doherty informed Mr. Frazier he would not be in- <br /> clined to vote favorably for the pewit as he blatantly con- <br /> ducted business within the town without a license. <br /> Ir. Frazier stated he has over 80 units in the field. <br /> "We are expecting delivery of twenty new units -and two new <br /> handicap units." "We would be willing to replace the ones <br /> currently at the site with two new ones," <br /> Mr, Frazier proceeded to provide the Board with dates <br /> ' the units were serviced. <br /> Mr, Greelish questioned Mr, Frazier as to the mature of <br /> the servicing. <br /> r. Frazier responded, the tank is pumped out and re- <br /> filled with approximately to gallons of water mixed with <br /> concentrated base of deodorant, the floor is swept, toilet <br /> seats and urinals are cleaned with a disinfectant." "The <br /> units are rinsed by a water tank on the truck. " "We are con- <br /> tracted to provide eight units in town. " "The units do re- <br /> ceive <br /> e-ceive a lot of abuse. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated he would vote favorably to issue a <br /> license however, an increased maintenance- program would be <br /> required and the safety issue must be addressed, <br /> Mr, Frazier stated he would provide a sturdier portable <br /> unit and a new handicapped unit at the ballfiel . <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, should this Board grant the li- <br /> cense the Health Agents will be directed to inspect. he re- <br /> placement units and notify the) D.F. * ,and Leisure Services to <br /> contact this office* if any problems arise. <br /> Ir.
