McQuaid informed Mr. Burnell of the current contrac- <br /> tual agreement between the town and South Shore Recycling <br /> Mr. Burnell relayed once the facility is operational he <br /> will keep the Board informed of their progress, <br /> APPOINTMENT: Robert Dunphy - Illegal Dumping <br /> Mr. Dunphy was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr, Dunphy stated he is not responsible for the ille- <br /> gally dumped debris how►e rer, will remove it. "1 ars request- <br /> ing the Board allow 10 days .to remove the debris. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed he has received numerous complaints <br /> from residents in the subdivision. "I spoke with the foreman <br /> who guaranteed the building debris would be totally removed <br /> within one week. " "'Subsequently the foreman contacted me and <br /> requested three additional days in which to remove the de- <br /> bris. " <br /> e- <br /> b ris.
